Spain residence permit

A residence permit is a document that allows foreign citizens to live and work in Spain for an extended period of time.

To obtain a Spain residence permit, you must meet certain requirements depending on the category of residence permit for which you apply.

The Spanish government offers several types of residence permits, each with its own features and requirements:

Residence permit in Spain for financially independent individuals

Foreign citizens who are financially independent are able to obtain a Spain residence permit. For this, they are required to prove that they have a stable and sufficient income that enable them to live in Spain without a need to work locally.

In addition, to obtain a residence permit of this category, applicants must meet several additional requirements such as medical insurance, a clean credit history, etc.

Each type of residence permit has its own features and requirements, therefore, we recommend seeking advice from legal experts specializing in Spain immigration issues.

Spain digital nomad residence permit

The Spain digital nomad residence permit is a special category introduced in Spain that is intended for foreign citizens who work remotely and are not tied to a specific place of work.
